"I just wanted to pass along what a great experience I had last week at BMW of Denver, Linda in service and Jed in Parts both just made my day. I am leaving on a trip through Mexico and needed my throttles synced and valves done before I left and they got me in and out faster than anyone ever has, Other dealers were weeks out on service, Linda told me I could come in that same day if I wanted. She went above and beyond and informed me I had a rear master cylinder issue, which is interesting because another dealer just bled my brakes and didn't mention anything about it. Then Jed in parts had my parts sent to the dealership then drop shipped them to me so I didn't have to make another trip to Denver. Thank you guys so much for making this so easy. Oh and to top it off they were very helpful with the loading and unloading of my bike. I picked another bike up for a fellow firefighter while mine was getting worked on and Linda even offered me extra ratchet straps if I needed them to help secure both bikes! I can't remember the guys name who helped me load up and sat there holding both bikes up while I messed around with straps for half an hour but thank you as well. Overall Just a great experience. I will be back for future service as well to purchase my next bike. "

"Another huge day of being impressed at your shop yesterday. Linda was great at getting avail coolant pump installed for my trip to Calif, Sean was great at explaining all his work. Your parts guys have always been friendly and helpful, they installed new board in helmet when it wouldn't link to bike easily, and helped pick engine guard bars, highway pegs, and seat back. Alex was patient with me re linking helmet several times, Steve was good re getting service contract implemented. Your shop is a home run in this age of horrendous service. Thanks again John"

" Talk about good and fast service!! I called on a Fri PM and ask if they had an opening for a Tues apt for new tires on an RT, Darrell told me yes on Tues but if I wanted he could do the new tires on Sat if I wanted to come in at 1130a, it sounded to good to be true on a Sat. I showed up at 1120 checked the bike in and was on my way at 115p with new treads and it looked like they also washed the wheels off. Excellent service, and on a Sat. So thanks very much, You did just what you said on the phone and did it quickly, great job and the tires feel real good!! "

"Hey Guys, Thanks for the amazing GSA! 'Spirit' is awesome, she's a wild child with an untamed heart. I've been breaking her in with a quickness. I went ahead and dropped her in a dirt parking lot with my wife on the back just to get that out of the way. Snapped the left mirror right off, so I got to break in the duck tape as well. Had to buy a new mirror a few days later when I reached Portland. I rode through Utah and West on the World's Loneliest road to Reno (amazing road!), down to Yosemite then over to San Fran. My wife flew into San Fran to ride the PCH up to Portland with me. We had an amazing time. I'm dropped her at the Airport yesterday and now I'm in the Puget Sound of Washington headed east today. The riding has been great and the Weather couldn't be better. Thanks Petco and all the gang for getting me on this beautiful bike. As I had an '09, she feels familiar but new, and that WC Engine is badass! Passing a Semi on a twisty hill is easier than ever. I just have to keep an on the speedometer more now! Cheers, Dylan "

"Linda in Service helped me re-schedule my appointment about 6 times - she was always happy to make things work out, and made sure my schedule worked as well. I was a bit worried about a Saturday appointment and figured everyone would be running late - no such issues at Denver BMW - on schedule, and immediately started on my bike! Linda handled my every need after I rolled in and even met me outside, making sure I knew where the coffee pot was and grabbing my cell number in case I got lost when my bike was ready. It was finished in less than an hour! Then off to parts and accessories, and I was assisted mainly by Matt Irish. The Staff threw so many discounts at me (my good looks maybe?), that I had to have assistance carrying everything out to my GS. In all, I found exceptional customer service here, and a real feeling that they treat their customers like long, lost family members. They all walk on water and eat fire in my book on Customer Service. Forget the Colorado Springs dealer and head north a few miles; you will be amazed at the difference! I was. "

"Great experience! I bought an older bike and traded in an older bike and it was great. The bike I bought was exactly as the salesman stated, no hidden issues at all. The salesman Tally, was great too, low key guy, no pressure, no attempts to push me into a bigger or more expensive bike. I did my research and the prices on both the purchase and the trade in were very fair. It took about 2 hours to get it all handled and I was out and enjoying my new to me ride. I'd definitely buy another bike here and I'd recommend them to others."

"I have had great luck with this dealership. They have always made me feel welcome and comfortable while answering all of my questions. I did not have any problems purchasing a motorcycle from them. The service department should get special recognition however. I travel five hours from another state to have my motorcycle service performed at this location not because I have to but because of the personal attention I receive just because they want to give that kind of service. That shows me this is the kind of company with great leadership that understands how important your staff is so they in turn give that to the customer. Just as they say a person never leaves a bad company they leave bad management the management here must be great because the staff seems to enjoy where they work making the customer want to come back. I call ahead to Alex who always tells me he has time for me. When I arrive I am always greeted with a smile and a great attitude. The other staff is very pleasant and helpful as well. The Service Manager also makes sure to interact with the customers making it a family type environment. It is far too easy to hear how someone has not performed to our satisfaction so I wanted to take the time to show my appreciation for the plus 10 service that I have received each time I have come down by saying. Thank you BMW of Denver for having a knowledgeable, caring and above all friendly Service Department it really does make a difference!"

"BMW of Denver is my favorite shop in town. Great service. No pressure. I feel I can go in and not got molested like what happens in some other shops. It is one of the few places I will physically go instead of resorting to online options. Some constructive feedback on the use of technology. I have seen this for a while, but this month was especially frustrating because I was sincerely interested in learning more. I provide this feedback in hopes that it simply helps BMW Denver's online presence live up to the professional way that the brick and mortar experience does. For example, the last web email none of the links I clicked on went to related content. The SCHUBERTH link goes to the swap meet ad for June 2012. The cleaning supplies go to a free gps ad; The 10% service ad goes to the emergency service purchase program. Additionally, when I tried to search the site by going to Dealer Services/specials, the page says " there are no specials at this time" contradicting the email that was sent out. On the main web page many of the images do not link at all; the contour camera image, the vemar night vision. In a busy world as a consumer I come to expect these things to work. As a business professional I know how non-working links can drive customers to "google" and potentially end up going somewhere else to purchase. As I said above I love the live environment of BMW of Denver, but I think some extra care would benefit the website and emails that go out."

"I want to thank Nikki Rex, the service advisor, for going out of her way to help me out. My bike was in for service a few weeks ago. BMW Denver gives a complimentary wash after service, and removed my gps for that. The gps was inadvertently not replaced. Nikki had called before I even got home to let me know they had it. She even volunteered to bring it by my house on her day off visit to the dog park, which she did. Nikki is a friendly and knowledgeable presence in the service department and a great asset to the dealership. She makes sure your service experience is smooth and complete. Kudos to her for her kindness, professionalism, and going beyond the call of duty to make something right for the customer. CP."

"Matt Helped me buy my first BMW bike today, which was a used 1998 K1200RS. The bike is absolutely amazing, and would have been no matter where I would have bought it. The difference here, however, was my salesperson Matt who was an incredibly helpful, knowledgable and friendly presence from test ride to the final signature. He and the manager Chris were tough, but fair during the negotiation process, kept me smiling through it and really made it an enjoyable experience. Truly everyone at the dealership was incredibly welcoming and I got the sense that they really promote the idea that once you buy from them you are a part of their "dealership community" as they seemed to be on a first name basis with the majority of people walking in the front door.
