  • "I am a MOA member that was traveling through Colorado on K1600. I broke a highway peg and stopped in to get a new one. The lady in parts was so helpful. While on my way to your dealership I noticed my front tire slipping in the rain so I asked the service department about a new set of tires. I was told there was no way I could tires installed that day. The parts lady, forgive me for forgetting her name) was very apologetic that they wouldn’t help me. She noticed I was looking at a Schuberth helmets and asked if I had any questions. We talked for 20 minutes about the pros and cons of various brands. However I declined to purchase anything else after the way I was treated in service. So I rode down to Colorado Springs and got my tires installed there. I work in the auto service industry and I have always made it a point to take care of travelers. I think you can do the math and see what that hour of tire work cost your dealership in lost tire and helmet sales. I’ll be sure and let the MOA know where to go get service in the area. It won’t be your dealership I assure you."

    Took my bike into service. Understand that there’s weather and factors that come into play - I wouldn’t have my bike serviced again here.

    I picked up my bike after two and a half days and it was freaking filthy! 25k bike with probably at least 5k of mods on it dirty and gunked (wheels) up.

    You sell a bike looking phenomenal…. Return the bike after servicing it the same way. 20k + bikes sitting outside. No thanks."

  • "I own a 2009 R1200 GSA and was getting ready for a big trip when I noticed a leak near the boot of the final drive. I called the Service dept. and was assisted by Scott H. He told me the next appt. was in 3 weeks so I took the appt. Two days later, Scott calls me that they had a opening in 2 days and asked if I wanted it. I booked the appt. and took the bike in. Scott told me of the cost of repairs and said there would be a 10 day wait on parts. However, the very next day Scott called to tell me the bike was done as they did have all the parts necessary to complete the repair. I was beyond happy and would like to give Scott a big shout out for getting me on the road quickly. He also helped to unload and load my bike from my trailer and always kept me in the loop regarding the status of my bike. Overall, BMW of Denver gets a A+ for customer service because of employees like Scott. Thank you very much for such a great overall experience."

  • "My BMW Shop here in Florida is closed but for service(by appointment only) due to the virus stay at home orders. Was running low on oil for my GS and the shop could not help. Different departments and no one in parts. Ordered off amazon, with a 10 day delivery. Your parts got it to me in less then half that. Being able to go for a ride in the fresh air helps a lot at this time. Thanks, stay safe"

Eric in finance was great and we actually received a better finance rate through BMW than our own credit union so that was also a bonus. I had a set of HyperLites installed on my 2017 RT and could not be happier with the price and the installation. Anytime I'm at the Dealership, whether just to browse or have service completed, I'm treated like I'm one of the owners. Exceptional Customer Service. Is it any wonder I purchased by new RT at BMW MC's of Denver, and do all my business with them instead of the local Colorado Springs multi brand warehouse dealer here where you cannot even get a free cup of coffee or a bottle of water?   • "I just wanted to pass along what a great experience I had last week at BMW of Denver, Linda in service and Jed in Parts both just made my day. I am leaving on a trip through Mexico and needed my throttles synced and valves done before I left and they got me in and out faster than anyone ever has, Other dealers were weeks out on service, Linda told me I could come in that same day if I wanted. She went above and beyond and informed me I had a rear master cylinder issue, which is interesting because another dealer just bled my brakes and didn't mention anything about it. Then Jed in parts had my parts sent to the dealership then drop shipped them to me so I didn't have to make another trip to Denver. Thank you guys so much for making this so easy. Oh and to top it off they were very helpful with the loading and unloading of my bike. I picked another bike up for a fellow firefighter while mine was getting worked on and Linda even offered me extra ratchet straps if I needed them to help secure both bikes! I can't remember the guys name who helped me load up and sat there holding both bikes up while I messed around with straps for half an hour but thank you as well. Overall Just a great experience. I will be back for future service as well to purchase my next bike."

  • "Another huge day of being impressed at your shop yesterday. Linda was great at getting avail coolant pump installed for my trip to Calif, Sean was great at explaining all his work. Your parts guys have always been friendly and helpful, they installed new board in helmet when it wouldn't link to bike easily, and helped pick engine guard bars, highway pegs, and seat back. Alex was patient with me re linking helmet several times, Steve was good re getting service contract implemented. Your shop is a home run in this age of horrendous service. Thanks again John"

  • "Talk about good and fast service!! I called on a Fri PM and ask if they had an opening for a Tues apt for new tires on an RT, Darrell told me yes on Tues but if I wanted he could do the new tires on Sat if I wanted to come in at 1130a, it sounded to good to be true on a Sat. I showed up at 1120 checked the bike in and was on my way at 115p with new treads and it looked like they also washed the wheels off. Excellent service, and on a Sat. So thanks very much, You did just what you said on the phone and did it quickly, great job and the tires feel real good!!"
