  • "BMW of Denver is a first-rate professional organization. I live in Colorado Springs and I bought my new bike there in Oct. 2012. Adam Bailey, Alex Gest, Brian Hanson (Service), Kelsie Henry (Office Manager), Tally Lawing (Parts) and my #1 sales guy Ray Childs are all "awesome" folks. They always make me feel welcome and always take a few minutes to chat. BMW of Denver is a class act selling the best motorcycles on this planet. Terry Nummer a satisfied customer!!!!"

  • "We stopped in yesterday to see if we could get my wife her first set of riding gear. We were pleasantly surprised to find that everything was in stock, and we were able to spend over 3 hours with Tally making sure that everything was the perfect fit. Tally is hands down the most knowledgeable and patient person I've ever had the pleasure to work with in the motorcycle industry. I think he knows every last detail about all of the products you carry; which allowed us to get the best gear for our needs. As always, it was a pleasure to shop at BMW of Denver and your staff has made us lifetime customers!"

  • "BMW of Denver is my favorite shop in town. Great service. No pressure. I feel I can go in and not got molested like what happens in some other shops. It is one of the few places I will physically go instead of resorting to online options. Some constructive feedback on the use of technology. I have seen this for a while, but this month was especially frustrating because I was sincerely interested in learning more. I provide this feedback in hopes that it simply helps BMW Denver's online presence live up to the professional way that the brick and mortar experience does. For example, the last web email none of the links I clicked on went to related content. The SCHUBERTH link goes to the swap meet ad for June 2012. The cleaning supplies go to a free gps ad; The 10% service ad goes to the emergency service purchase program. Additionally, when I tried to search the site by going to Dealer Services/specials, the page says " there are no specials at this time" contradicting the email that was sent out. On the main web page many of the images do not link at all; the contour camera image, the vemar night vision. In a busy world as a consumer I come to expect these things to work. As a business professional I know how non-working links can drive customers to "google" and potentially end up going somewhere else to purchase. As I said above I love the live environment of BMW of Denver, but I think some extra care would benefit the website and emails that go out."

  • "I want to thank Nikki Rex, the service advisor, for going out of her way to help me out. My bike was in for service a few weeks ago. BMW Denver gives a complimentary wash after service, and removed my gps for that. The gps was inadvertently not replaced. Nikki had called before I even got home to let me know they had it. She even volunteered to bring it by my house on her day off visit to the dog park, which she did. Nikki is a friendly and knowledgeable presence in the service department and a great asset to the dealership. She makes sure your service experience is smooth and complete. Kudos to her for her kindness, professionalism, and going beyond the call of duty to make something right for the customer. CP."

  • "I've dealt with several BMW Mororrad dealers and BMW of Denver stands head & shoulders above the rest. Flew down to pick up my '09 GS and Matt, Bob and the rest of the crew made the experience very enjoyable - one I'll probably repeat. All dealerships should be like this!"

  • "I was very pleased by the professionalism shown by the employees of the dealership on the purchase of my motorcycle. The General Manager helped me with the purchase, he was not high pressure, nor did he talk a down about competitors. They listened to my wants and my needs, and did not attempt to up sell me. I really respect the fact that they did not insult my intelligence or time by playing the games that many dealerships do around the close of a sale. Questions were answered directly and completely. Other employees were very friendly and welcoming while I was waiting for the completion of the transaction. I would recommend BMW of Denver to any one looking for their next motorcycle."

  • "My wife bought her 06 F650 GS in 06-the purchase experience was 5 star. then this spring she had a major problem with the engine/transmission. Even though the bike had been taken to a dealer that was closer, Bob (Gen Mngr) was great about advice and support for dealing with BMW. Great dealership."

  • "Matt Helped me buy my first BMW bike today, which was a used 1998 K1200RS. The bike is absolutely amazing, and would have been no matter where I would have bought it. The difference here, however, was my salesperson Matt who was an incredibly helpful, knowledgable and friendly presence from test ride to the final signature. He and the manager Chris were tough, but fair during the negotiation process, kept me smiling through it and really made it an enjoyable experience. Truly everyone at the dealership was incredibly welcoming and I got the sense that they really promote the idea that once you buy from them you are a part of their "dealership community" as they seemed to be on a first name basis with the majority of people walking in the front door. I just wanted to say thank you, and you've certainly got another loyal customer for all my service needs."

  • "Rick and Joe really made a difference in keeping me as a customer due to some issues on my last servicing. The mechanic that worked on my bike did a really great job on dealing with the issues of the bike and checking to make sure everything was as it should be. If I did not know my bike, I would swear I was riding a different bike. The bike runs better than it ever has. Thank you guys for a job well done."

  • "I want to thanks the staff for such a great attitude towards thier customers. In June 08 I was to collect my friends LT after a service for my holiday. I was supposed to collect it at 6pm. I never got there until 10pm, and Jessica Driscoll stayed on until I got there with no pay. I am from the UK, and dont think any staff from my BMW dealer would have done the same. Thanks Jessica. Thanks to Rick Zimmerman for letting me call him several times after hours to get directiions to the store. A great team and a great attitude. You guys made the first day of our trip. It was a privaledge to have met you. Dean Cardey, England, UK."

  • "In the owners' forums I've heard horror stories about other dealerships, the gist being that they hardly exist beyond their sales and finance departments. Since I've been going to BMW of Denver, I've gotten nothing but excellent service in the service, parts, or apparel departments. I'm sure they will be there to help me again when the time comes to add an additional bike to the garage. Thanks, everyone!"

  • "My first bike purchase from BMW of Denver was in 1987. I have to date purchased and traded in about four motorcycles since my return to Colorado in 1999. The sales, service and, parts guys and gals have always gone above and beyond to make sure that my experience is not only positive with regards to the service but friendly. I believe the experience represented by the staff and the fact that many have been there for years provides a level of familiarity and friendship that enhances the over all environment. Thank you for always providing a great service."

  • "The sale on my new R1200RT was great, Chris did a fantastic job of helping me get exactly what I wanted as far as the options on my new bike. I have owned it for about three months now and am close to 3,000 miles on it. Clem in the service depatment has always took time in answering all of my questions, and Carson in the parts department has been a great big help in getting me what I am looking for. When I have any questions instead of calling I will just take a ride over just to get all of my answers taken care of. When I enter the door it seems like everybody knows me by my first and always get a hand shake from Chris and a how's it going from Carson. So we talk about our rides for a short while. It is like visiting family. Great place to visit. Marty Srodawa"

  • "We were on the road last week and I realized I would need a new back tire on my R1150GS before I got home. Martin worked me in early the next morning and had a new tire on my bike in an hour. The sales and service staff were friendly and knowledgeable. This is a great dealership that I would recommend to any BMW rider."
