"Linda in Service helped me re-schedule my appointment about 6 times - she was always happy to make things work out, and made sure my schedule worked as well. I was a bit worried about a Saturday appointment and figured everyone would be running late - no such issues at Denver BMW - on schedule, and immediately started on my bike! Linda handled my every need after I rolled in and even met me outside, making sure I knew where the coffee pot was and grabbing my cell number in case I got lost when my bike was ready. It was finished in less than an hour! Then off to parts and accessories, and I was assisted mainly by Matt Irish. The Staff threw so many discounts at me (my good looks maybe?), that I had to have assistance carrying everything out to my GS. In all, I found exceptional customer service here, and a real feeling that they treat their customers like long, lost family members. They all walk on water and eat fire in my book on Customer Service. Forget the Colorado Springs dealer and head north a few miles; you will be amazed at the difference! I was."
